Return Policy If your returned product does not match all of the below criteria it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost. Your Return Authorization # (RA) will be void, and any credit request and order replacement will be denied. You will be charged for all shipping to and from the manufacturer of where the product originated that was purchased through DealFlicker.com. By requesting an RA you hereby agree to accept payment of all shipping costs to and from the applicable manufacturer. This is a strict policy with our suppliers and manufacturers, no exceptions can be accommodated. All returns must include the following:
1. A valid return authorization needs to be issued by DealFlicker. All requests for return are null and void after 14 days from the date the product was ordered through DealFlicker.com, regardless of when the product arrives to the customer. 2. The RA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.
3. Original packing slip must accompany the return
4. All items must be returned in original packaging, with manuals and all accessories. 5. Discontinued/Obsolete items are non-returnable 6. Items not purchased from through DealFlicker are non-returnable
7. All non-defective opened returns for REFUND will be charged a 15% restocking fee
8. DealFlicker and its' manufacturers do not offer a “buy and try”. Please make sure you are purchasing the right unit for you.
9. Items that are over 30 days old are non-returnable. Order placement DealFlicker.com is not responsible for loss, or damages as a result of misplaced, mis-ordered or other typographical errors that occur during order placement. Our customers/users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the order, including actual item, pricing, shipping, and/or handling, prior to order submission. Order changes Because Deal Flicker does not physically control the products in inventory, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed in any way. Deal Flicker is not responsible for any loss, or damages that as a result of a change request occur after the order has been placed. Order returns Each one of Deal Flicker's suppliers has a different return policy. Customers who ordered a product through Deal Flicker will be subject to the policy of the respective manufacturer. Customers must realize(although rare) in some cases products are not eligible for return depending on the manufacturer. In addition, some manufacturers will not ship to certain states in the continental United States Return Procedure Step#1 - If all of the above criteria has been met, then contact us via the "contact us" button in the navigation bar stating the problem with your product or reason for refund. Step#2 - A Deal Flicker representative will review the manufacturer return and refund policy and respond to you with the necessary procedures. Step#3 - Refunds will be issued through the Paypal Service, less the applicable manufacturer's stocking fee. Again shipping costs back to the manufacturer will be your cost as well. |
